Have had a rough day today. went back to work last night after 11 days
off using up holiday time. There was a sv* that was going around work.
No ones shown any symptoms since last wednesday but i was still worried
i could catch something. i steared clear from the woman who most
recentley had it, but had to sit near her in a car for my lift home, i
sneakily sat there with my sleeve over my mouth and nose which sounds
pathetic but was trying to reassure myself. When i got home i washed my
hands thoroughly. I got about 5 hours sleep last night through worrying
which has made me feel very rough and tired, every little pain how ever
small that occured in my stomach i freaked out.

A) would i have shown symptoms by now if i had caught it

B) Do u think i'll be ok?

Just to add, no one else caught anything of the woman most recently to have the bug at work!

I'm sure you'll be just fine. Any funny twinges in your tummyor signs of nausea will be through anxiety caused by worrying about catching the virus, so try not to think the worst. It's over a week since anybody was ill so I'd sayyou are quite safe now

I agree. It's been over a week, I would think everyone would be in the clear by now!
Take small account of might, wealth and fame, for they soon pass and are forgotten. Instead, nurture love within you and and strive to be a friend to all. Truly, compassion is a balm for many wounds.
