    A first class coach with reclining seats, waitress service, lovely clean toilet facilities, a good movie showing or fine and dandy music playing, and absolutely nobody who feels in the slightest bit travel icky! Hmmmm.... does first class and coach mean something different in US!

    Christmas! (I'm not sure in the UK, but here 1st class is where the nicest seats are with all the room and fancy service, etc and coach is the cramped seats where the rest of us sit!)

    Ah, it's the 'coach' thing that threw me! I've never heard 2nd/economy class referred to as that before. Coach is just another name forbus over here!
