Hi Adam, I posted on your other thread about trying to distract yourself. You are thinking so much about how you feel that you are making yourself feel worse. Try to change your thoughts, do something you really enjoy, or do something relaxing...do you like the beach? Are you near a beach? That always helps me. I also like to take hot baths, have a nice cup of tea...I know it's hard. We are here to help...take care!!

Sometimes when I just feel sick I can’t stop thinking about it. So I try to get rid of the feeling. I take a shower, put cold rags around my neck and head, suck on halls or peppermints or get cool air on me and take deep breaths!
