Fly landed on my mouth...now I'm terrified

Hello so I am shaking right now...just earlier today I was coming home and walking through the streets when I felt a fly (at least It felt like a fly...althought it didn't make any sounds it still felt like one when it flew off) landed on my bottom lip and now I'm terrified. Can flies transmit illnesses such as Noro? I'm assuming they very well can...though there isn't really anything going around where I live atm, I'm still terrified bc idk where that fly has been...please help what are my chances?

You will be fine. A fly flew into my mouth once and nothing happened except a loud expression of disgust (from me, not the fly)

I used to run and I’ve had bugs go up my nose while running and nothing has ever happened. I can assure you that you won’t get a sv from a bug.
