Default Can dust be a danger?

    Hello everyone,
So I had an exam today and I was taking the bus to my university campus (I normally take the bus and yes it kind of does give me anxiety every time *sigh*) and I looked around me and saw all these dusts floating around the air...now I know things like noro aren't airborne but could they become airborne through dust? For example, if someone with it was to touch the seat then dust from the seat comes up...because just breathing itself in the bus must attract the dust, right?

Noro is only airborne while and shortly after someone is vomiting. From what I understand the particles are too big to stay suspended in the air so they settle after a bit. Unless someone is actively vomiting there shouldn't be a problem.
