Baby Steps

I feel a bit silly posting this since it's not "huge" or anything but I basically broke every emetophobe rule today.

I ate without washing my hands. I had take out pizza at a friends' house and I ate it long after 4 hours of it sitting out (but I still reheated it), after everyone had eaten, but I did it all with little panic! Especially considering the place my friend got it from is where I got sick when I was 6 (and the start of my phobia.)

I'm hoping that at the very least I can keep my anxiety at bay.
