I just got done eating some lunch and started feeling "ughhhhhhh"
so i was about to call my mom to ask her about the chicken because i thought it was bad (and i was eating it)..
anyways.. a few seconds later my stomach started feeling more ughhh and started gurgling really bad.. and so i went to the bathroom and had a really loose stool semi d*.....
i havent had that for a long time...
    but its probably nothing right??
i should mention i hadnt had a bmovement for about 2 days..
    so maybe thats it?
    aghhhhhh.

It might just be your body have a "clear out"!

I had similar problems last week, on and off. I think mine was down toIBS and stress, given the time of year and all the sv's around in the UK at the moment.

Just relax and take deep breaths and Im sure it'll all calm down.

Let me know how youre doing.

things were okay after i took a few hours to calm down...
sometimes you feel so silly afterwards looking back at how you let yourself
get so worked up. still feeling weary to eat anything else the rest of the day now!
    oh well.
thanks for the sweet response laneyb.

glad to hear youre feeling better, sometimes it just takes a little time out to chill, and this works wonders.
