    Hi guys, I am pretty new here to posting but I have been reading for
    quite a while and this board is my savior a lot of times!
    Right now I am feeling gassy I think(i hope) but I feel n* too, like I
    am going to gag but keep swallowing it, I think it may be gas but I
    cannot convince myself that gas could make me feel this gaggy. I
    can't burp and my stomach feels huge and I don't know what to do, I
    am so worried I might v*, I don't know how to tell the difference if it
    is gas or v*. I am winding myself up and it is driving me crazy. What
    is a good way to help yourself burp but not v*...I know it sounds silly
    but I feel rough... please any advice if possible, would a fizzy drink
    help or make it worse? I haven't yet had lunch.. x

    Hey


    I can totally sympathise with how you are feeling! I know it sounds silly but i try sitting up straight and patting myself on the top of my back or rubbin my stomach...its alittle bit like winding a baby but on your self! im not sure i fizzy drink would be the best way to go as it may make you feel more gassy! Just try to relax and take lots of deep breaths. hope this helps a bit...im sure you will be fine

    Hey peely!


    I know how you feel there! It sounds like its just gas, so don't stress! You probably feel like gagging because of the panic - I get that alot. Fizzy drinks are always a good idea if you feel a bit off =] give it a go, and just chill, I'm sure you're just fine. Hope you feel better soon!

    Thanks guys... than't a good i dea Jadie, I will try it but I do find it
    impossible to burp so it may not work for me, youar lucky you can
    do that, I will try with all my might though! Thanks xxxxxx

    By now hopefully your upset stomach has passed.


    Next time it happens go lie down on your belly for a while. If you can't do this, try unbuttoning the top button of your pants (if you're able to do this discreetly). I've found this relieves a lot of pressure and will often make me feel better.
