Hi guys, I am pretty new here to posting but I have been reading for
quite a while and this board is my savior a lot of times!
Right now I am feeling gassy I think(i hope) but I feel n* too, like I
am going to gag but keep swallowing it, I think it may be gas but I
cannot convince myself that gas could make me feel this gaggy. I
can't burp and my stomach feels huge and I don't know what to do, I
am so worried I might v*, I don't know how to tell the difference if it
is gas or v*. I am winding myself up and it is driving me crazy. What
is a good way to help yourself burp but not v*...I know it sounds silly
but I feel rough... please any advice if possible, would a fizzy drink
help or make it worse? I haven't yet had lunch.. x
