How to unsubscribe?

Hey all,


I was wondering how do I get unsubscribed from a topic? I got like 50 emails the other day from a topic sayin that people had responded to it. Anyone else have this problem?

I do, and you can go into your profile settings and change it, but it still stays checked under your reply box and I always forget to uncheck it and now i have WAY to much junk mail I dont want lol

What I do is I go to "Forum Preferences" on the very left under "Member Settings." When you click on that, it shows a whole page with Yes or No options so you can customize your forum settings. One box asks if you would like to subsribe to every topic you reply to our something. You just click the box that says 'No', and you won't receive all those e-mails anymore.But, you can stillsubscribeto whatever post you would likeby checking the boxsaying "e-mail notify me of replies."You just won't get all those e-mails...

Also, in one of the emails itself it will give you a link at the end - something like "if you want to stop...click here".
