OMG whats happening to me? This is the 3rd time in 2 months i've had d*
without warning. I dont get any bellyache or particulary bad cramps
before. Then about 15 minutes ago i spent 10 minutes on the loo with
d*. If anything i get like rattling in my stomach, a bit like gas? And
i have had foul smelling gas tonight. But i think its something
upsetting my stomach. Last night i had a takeaway (pie and chips) but
that was last night. Sometimes i do tend to over eat a bit if im bored.

The only things i can think of are...

*something upsetting my stomach (rich, greasy foods)

    *IBS

    *over eating?

I really dont know. But i have work tomorrow and we're a few staff
short as some people are away on holiday, i cant possibley miss it!

    HELP!

What was in the pie? Doesn't matter that it was last night, sometimes it takes that long to get through your system, both overeating and eating the wrong foods can cause D* not to mentions stress, and maybe something you are eating is triggering it that you don't realise.

Yeah thats common to, sometimes our body finds it hard to process foods, especially meat. Our bodies are not actually that good at coping with meat and letting it pass through and sometimes that kind of thing can just happen. It's why I'm veggie hehe

But if it's happened in the past you know logically that it isn't. I'm the same way with my ibs, I *know* in my had thats where the nausea is from and that I felt it amillion times before but I can't connect that when I feel sick! Feel better soon.

It really sounds like IBS. If you can still tolerate the smell of food and the thought of food, you are looking positive. Maybe your body is having trouble digesting what you ate - it sounds like that could be a realistic possiblity.

Hope you get to feeling better soon.

first of all, not to sound absolutely horrid and rude, but why would anyone eat a pie filled with steak and kidney? agh! that sounds awful! is this a UK thing?
to me, its no wonder your belly reacted.
