Frozen Fish Fillets

I just wanted to know if anyone could tell me if the Breaded fillets of fish like Gorton's are pre cooked? The reason being is that i am a little concerned over some fish I deep fried earlier that seemed lukewarm in the center. Any help help here would be greatly appreciated!

I think they are, but please don't quote me on it, but If I had to guess, I'd say yes.
