That's amazing. Phenegran makes me fall asleep within 30 minutes of taking it and I still feel groggy the next day! You may need to try something else.

I've taken 50 mg several times. If the 25 mg doesn't help within 30 minutes, I will take another. It's always helped after that. It doesn't make me sleepy anymore, Iv'e been taking it for years. Two will make me tired though. I have no complaints about being tired, I'd rather be sleepy than nauseated anyday!

You can take 50 mg at once. We use it all the time in labor & delivery along with pain meds to sedate women so they can sleep through their contractions. However I think there is a recommendation not to take more than 100 mg in 24 hours.

Are you feeling ill? I hope you feel better soon.

    yesterday was terror.
i have never felt so n*..
    it lasted all day long...
    but i didnt have d*..
so i am thinking it was completely panic...
but it lasted almost 36 hours..
i didnt do 50mg of phen afterall..
i managed to somehow fall asleep before i attempted
    the doubledose.

not really sure what to do when you have severe n*
and when it could be from panic...

liz, honey, I'm getting worried about you, not over nausea, but over the way that it sounds like you are really at a crisis point right now with your phobia. You are describing non-stop anxiety. You mentioned that your parents were thinking of taking you to a psychiatrist. Maybe you should let them get you some help. Maybe it doesn't have to be a psychiatrist. Maybe they could try to find a therapist specializing in phobias. But your anxiety level just sounds like it is way through the roof. And it sounds like you're medicating yourself with anti-nausea pills for panic attacks. You'd be better off seeing a therapist and psychiatrist to help you get the panic attacks under control.

Disclaimer: like sage always cautions, be careful about medical advice from the internet, and that includes me. Why don't you let your parents help you?
