i dont know why but i feel a bit odd today and i dont know whether to put it down to my anxiety, acids in my stomach etc

Yesterday at work, i had to mainly stay on the shop floor. One of the
other staff had to go to the toilet a couple of times and others were
told to cover her on the check out if she needed to go. To my
knowledge, she only went twice to the toilet and when some one says
'keep going to the bathroom' i presume they meant d*

Anyway, i was fishing around other staff trying to find out what was
up. One person said 'she has got something, she told me.... something
begginning with 'H'? i couldnt think of anything. But i think
subconciously its been playing on my mind all last night and today.

To be honest i have caught up on alot of needed sleep and still feeling
a bit slow and tired, cuz i had like 11 hours sleep! but its like a
slight nausea feeling and just a wierd feeling. To be honest as im
typing this im beginning to feel better? strange eh!

i also have a feeling my ibs may play up today!

    any advice?

I think you just have to try to relax, just think maybe your colleague has haemorriods (piles) I know thats not funny either but it probably isnt anything catching!!If she felt that bad surely she would of gone home!!

Also sometimes I think we work ourselves up into a panic then feel crappy, but when we start to think about it, write about it and rationalise we start to feel better. I know that what happen with me!!

Hope you are feeling more relaxed and better now!

    Laney xx
