i toasted an english muffin and put some cinnamon and raw sugar on it.
i can't stomach anything else in the morning. it's always an effort to eat in the morning; i have phases where i am actually terrified of eating, lest i fall sick.

I don't eat anything in the morning, and I'll only drink tea and water. I don't have appetite in the morning and I and scared to force myself to eat.

Eating fries from Burger King with my swim team on the bus. 1 more hour until we're home. And yeah, I'm doing much better than Tuesday (when a kid who sits super close to me in 2 classes v someone later that day). Today was day 7 of school. It's as I expected. Loving music and dealing with countless triggers.

I deal with so many different forms of emetophobic's hell through school - it certainly happens. I'm sure we'll chat again soon, and If not then in October when swim ends because I'll have much more free time to be on here.
