    Thank you for all your replies in the other forums about what things to eat now i know the basics of what thing i should be eating, its just the case of when and how much. Seeing as i only ate 4 rich tea biscuits in a day, how much do you think i should start with like what to have andd how much of it should i have, if anyone would be able to help me, it would be so much appreciated as im really stuck and not sure where to start. Thank you.

    hi there, although it is a different thing to you, i suffered anorexia for many years, living on 5 lettuce leaves a day for a while. You do have to sart with a little, but not too little as your stomach needs to expand to get ready for more food. Like i said i know its different but its a similar rehabilitation proccess

    You should probably ask your doctor how to best re-enter food into your body. I know for me, just eating half of a little cup of yogurt on somedays is a big deal. The gradual stretching and small meals have been the only thing to help me. Bland too...
