Ok, so after reading some posts about the emetophilia stuff online, out of curosity, I went to a website about it. And...I looked at pictures of people v-ing. And...I didn't have a panic attack!!!


Yes, it was totally gross and I don't for the life of me understand how people can get aroused by looking at pictures of that, but I didn't get completely frightened either. I just kept telling myself that they were just pictures and there's no way that *it* can get on me from a picture. And I haven't had a panic attack yet!

I cured most of my emet this way (www.ratemyvomit.com) which looks awful, and also studying as many causes of v* as possible. I even watched people do it a lot, first time, it sends an adrenaline rush through you, whilst others laugh.


If you're brave enough to be able to see emetophilian pictures, then that's a BIG step, congratulations once again.
