I think that is perfectly normal. It's from the drainage in your throat....

Yes, d* can happen with a cold because of sinus drainage. I was extremely ill with bronchitis two months ago and had green d* (sorry, TMI) due to all of the drainage! Please don't worry as this is can be a typical symptom of a cold, etc.

    Hi IC,

Sounds to me like nerves.....after all I remember you saying you were
taking your first trip in a long time. No worries.....just try to
relax and enjoy. You mentioned you are off to Harrison....do you
like in Vancouver or surrounding area? I live in Van, so I just
wondered. Harrison is awesome....enjoy! Take some imodium
with you just in case....but it sounds like a nervous reaction to
me. Oh also, if you have a cold and have never tried it, get
advil cold and sinus......this is the only pill I will take for
anything....it is my miracle pill......I take it for headaches, cramps,
cold etc.....it is my safe drug...lol....but seriously...it rocks for
cold/sinus issues and does not make you feel strange and drowsy.

    Have a great time!

I have a cold right now and have had some d* a little bit. I think it's normal too not just b/c of the mucous, but b/c your stomach is upset in general b/c you are sick. It's more sensitive. Just like when you get your period. So, if you eat something rich or spicy, it might spark some d*. Try to eat bland things for now. I don't know.I swallow mucous all of the time (I know gross) and don't get d* from that, but everyone's different. Hope you feel better soon or should I say the both of us??lol
