I just wanted to share a major triumph, which is kind of ongoing now.

I am a new Realtor and for the first few months of being licensed, I
was pretty much house-bound with my phobia and anxiety....it was bad
news. I am taking Celexa now and it seems to be helping a
lot. I took my first listing at the end of January....and it was
a tough one....issues in the building and I knew it would take a while
to sell. Anyway, first triumph is taking the listing, second is
over two months of non-stop showings and dealing with other
realtors.....and now....horray for me.....I got an offer on Monday
which if you can beleive it, I had to present to my clients in the
HOSPITAL....lol....my worst nightmare....as they had just had their
first baby! Anyway, I did it just fine and after playing
hard-ball and back and forth with the buying agent....just got an
accepted offer!!!!!!!! This may not seem like much to some, but
if you could have seen the state of me a few months ago....I am so
proud of how far I have come!!!

Anyway, just thought I would share some good news with everyone....can't wait to get out there and make some more deals now!!!!!
