i really hope im not getting sick. i have been feeling so sick to my stomach today, i havent been able to eat anything and now just the smell of the food cooking in the kitchen is making me feel worse. my stomach seems a bit funny, like its hungry, but i really dont wanna try and eat. not to mention that i am burping a lot..... i hope i didnt catch anything student teaching.....

i wonder if it's the immense stress i am under right now?

Does ANY food sound good to you right now?

I know that when I had a bug (many years ago), NOTHING sounded good at all. I say, if you eat what sounds appetizing right now, it may calm you tummy a little, especially if it is just empty and hungry.

OR, maybe sip on some hot tea, which may be soothing as well.

STRESS could easily be causing your nausea and stomach problems. Student teaching isn't easy and then from the list you described, it started to make my stomach churn.

Don't push your stomach. Your appetite will return when your stomach is ready for food. Just work on pushing the fluids...

you poor thing...what a lot to go through! no wonder you feel sick. All that stress.

It doesn't mean you'll vomit, though....try not to worry too much.

    TANYA~~

I am so sorry for everything you're going through!! You may be reacting to stress, and hopefully not an ulcer.

Please let us know how your appointment goes. I had the same scare years ago. The mammogram was inconclusive and the uktrasound showed I had fibrocystic breasts. I still get mammo's every year though. You're in my thoughts.

don't let yourself panic. i know when i get stressed out, i get all kinds of sick. it does sound like you are going throug a lot. maybe you should write down your feelings or emotions and just let it go. see if you feel better. maybe you're holding all that tension inside your bread basket.

Try to get some rest and be calm. If you haven't eaten in that long, you
have nothing to throw up so that fear in itself is invalid. Stress can cause
our body to do amazing things, and it sounds like you have a lot of stress
going on. Hope it gets better.

Wow, you are going through alot right now, which is probably why you are feeling the way you are. Stress is a terrible thing.I'm glad your ultrasound went well, that's one less thing to worry about.

Stress is soooo bad on the body, especially the digestive system and it seems like the more that you think about it, the worse you feel. I am so sorry that you are feeling so rotten, wow, you are going through and awful lot right now, is there anyway that you may have time to stop for a moment and take a nap, or read, or do something that you enjoy??
