Hi. I was wondering for all of you who have kids do they take a daily multi-vitamin? I think this is maybe why Christopher hasn't gotten sick a lot this year. He started hi back in Feb. and all the coughs and stuff he usually gets he has gotten none. Just wondering.

My children take daily vitamins along with omega 3 oil tablets and probiotic drinks. My children have not had many coughs or colds either, but I wish i could say the same about svs.

My kids, ages 5 and 3, both take amulti-vitamin every day. They hardly ever get sick. Each has V* once in the past 3 years which I think is pretty good.

Yes- my daughter takes an organic vitamin/mineral/ whole food
supplement daily. But she still catches everything that floats in the air. I
even juice organic fruits and veggies daily and make a "super healthy
cocktail" that she loves. sigh.

My kids, 8 and 5, take a multi-vitamin everyday, as well as extra vitamin
c. We do the flu shot thing, and I also take them to be adjusted at our
chiropractor. I think that it has helped. I also hope that nursing each of
them for 18 months a piece helped give them my immune system. If I get
sick, it is usually always upper respitory, which is a walk in the park for
me to handle. That seems to be their weak spots, too.

My son takes a chewable. My daughter a liquid vitamin because she hates the chewable. I noticed a big difference with them getting the flu shot this year for the first time and only being sick a few times based on last year when they didn't get one.
