im having really bad gas pains in my stomach right now. i have to go to bed in a few minutes, but does anyone know what might help to relieve them? thanks!!

do you have nay gas X or maalox max? Both have the ingredient simethicone, which is a gas reducer. Really helps.

lay on your belly, or take a hot water bottle/heating pad to bed with you.
