i am usally really nervous at even the thought of going to a party, but this time it was my own at my own house and i felt totally relaxed about it. i am really proud of myself because i dealt with the situation so well.
i had a live band in the lounge and a BBQ in the garden. everyone really enjoyed it, including me, people say that you dont enjoy your own pary, but i really did! i got some lovely presents too, which i wasnt expecting. about 50 people came, so it really shows what a trun around that can be. and no one was s*!
i was having thoughts before the party, like i am not going to enjoy this, no one will come. but that evening totally proved me wrong.
i hope this post gives some people the confidence to have a party or go to one.
