    Would these do that same trick on nausea? I bought some yesterday and they are okay, but a little too "hot" for me. Like cinnamon-hot. Made my belly feel warm after I ate it...I'm thinking that wouldn't be a good feeling if you were nauseous.


    I checked my local grocer for ginger tea...couldn't find it. *sigh* You can't get anything around here.

    I used to eat Altoids Ginger Mints all the time they helped with my nausea but I mean each person reacts differently I guess.

    I have eaten them in hopes they would help digestion. I think they do, but they totally burn my mouth, too!

    I eat tums when I get so N and it takes it right away. Tums Neatralizes
    acid and acid is what makes you v so it really works and its loaded
    with calcuim so its good for you to.
