my ibs is really acting up today. i have been in the bathroom at least 5 times since this morning, not d* but i keep going. i feel so sick to my stomach now.ive been dizzy and shaky all day. maybe it's because i have to get my period, or maybe it's what i ate yesterday....never eating at the mall again. either way, i feel horrible and i want it to go away.

Have you ever tried Digestive Advantage? Made specifically for IBS......i take it every day and it really helps me alot....granted when i am due for my period it does not work as well, but 9 times out of 10 it keeps me regular. Walmart...30 pills for $7.84 i think that's right. Give it a try....are you on any other meds for ibs?

IBS can beaggravatedby stress/anxiety. Have you looked intomeditiation or yoga?
