Stupid urea

I'm having a urea breath test 2 weeks from now. I called them yesterday about whether ppl react to the urea solution they're given to drink. They said "I haven't seen anyone react to it, but since the test searches for H.Pylori, if the bacteria is present, the urea activates the bacteria and could cause stomach upset" I felt chills when i heard that.
