What races do we have represented here?

Well, I'm an interesting mix:

Hispanic, Puerto-Rican, Indian, French and German.

Basically a white (appearing) girl with a very "saucy" attitude/demeanor!![img]smileys/smilies_10.gif[/img]

Look caucasian- but my grandfather is black and Mikm'aq (Aboriginal). Genetics are funny- my mom and her siblings (she has 10 of them) range from looking completely caucasian to completely African-Canadian. My mom is somewhere in the middle, and my brother inherited her dark colouring. Over easter, the three of us were in the backseat of my parents SUV- My brother, me in the middle, and my mom. We looked like a friggin' oreo.

In addition to being African-Canadian and Aboriginal, I am also Italian, Hungarian, French, and Dutch. We also suspect that my maternal grandmother also has Aboriginal in her heritage, as her family has been here for centuries, and in the area where she is from (small, SMALL town in Northern Ontario), there is a large Aboriginal population. Chances are one or more of her ancestors were Algonquin.

I'm half south-african and half scottish. I also have french and dutch blood in my dad's side (South African) of the family. I look Scottish though.. fair skin (freckles - grrr) and fair hair.

While I am a bit of mix, including Mexican and Japanese, I'm mostly white and that's generally what I consider myself to be (rather than "mixed race"). I don't really look anything but white.

I'm 100% English and so white I almost glow in the dark! I'dlove a bit of natural colour instead of having to use fake tan and loads of blusher all the time, without it I look so anaemic!

I am 1/2 Northern Italian, English and Scottish. I am a dark blonde with dark grey/blue eyes and manage to get tan considering how fair I am. Personality wise? I have the feisty passion of an Italian mixed with the quiet reserve of my English/Scottish "WASP" side. In other words, I confuse myself all the time!

I'm white. I have German, Irish, Scottish and Native American. Maybe some others. Who knows? I think a lot of us are "mutts." It's all good.

i'm scottish, french, german, irish, welsh, dutch, french-canadian, and a smidgen of american indian. weird part is...i've got totally pale skin and dark eyes/hair. people think i'm russian lol.Edited by: metallikat87
