general update

Hey Everyone,
Since i have been take Stemetil i guess i have calmed down a lot, im more outgoing and stuff and i can control myself a little better i think its all cos i know i cant be sick.!! i love feeling like this.
The only problem is i cant stay on them forever, so im scared that when i stop taking them or even if i miss one day of taking them i will cath the dreaded SV* and be sick please can someone explain a little bit about how we catch SV*s and stuff please cos im kinda confused.
i have decided i want councelling so i am going to go to my doctor i think and ask him about it, i guess its the best way.
