I had my 12 week scan today!

All seems ok but it STILL doesn't seem real. It is soooooo strange seeing it waving its arms and legs about but not feeling anything. My new due date is new years eve which is 4 days after what we originally thought but everything seems ok so I am happy.

Oh how precious. I am 20 weeks and go in for a 4D ultrasound on Thursday..I am so excited. Yeah they are so small that you can't feel them.

I still don't feel a lot of movement so I hope all is well....it is said to take longer with your first.

I can't believe you are 12 weeks already! I remember when my ultrasounds looked like that - it doesn't seem like that long ago! Just wait - the next time you have one, your little baby will be huge! Sometimes it still doesn't feel real to me, and I'm about to deliver! Just wait until you feel movement and hiccups all the time. Then it really starts to sink in that there is a little one inside of there growing every day. I am so happy for you! There are so many exciting things still to come! Are you planning on finding out the sex or are you going to let it be a surprise?

Yes we are planning on finding out the sex. I am hopeless with surprises as if I know I am getting one I always try and find out what it is! We should be able to find out in August but knowing my luck it will be in an awkward position.
