Needing someone to talk to

Hi

I have discovered recently that i am an emetophobic. I am currently having counselling for it and to help me a little bit. Its a problem that i feel very ashamed of and haven't told my friends about, they think it's just an anxiety issue i have. I'm feeling very alone about it all and really need someone to talk to about it and make me feel like i'm not alone. Reading other people postings has been helpful bt i would really like someone to maybe talk to on msn or something and exchange stories and talk to someone who understands, that'd be great.
