    Help I think I have food posioning!! I am freaking out.



    I ate at a resturant earler and now have the worst stomach ache ever. I
    feel like V what do I do how can I make it stop please help. I think it
    might be doomsday for me.



    I had diharea earler really bad and now I feel like V and my stomach
    hurts. Its not like my usaul when its just in my mind. some one
    help what should I do. and I have to get up for wor in less then
    5 hours.

    Dramamine worked for me and i beat it. I had tyhe d.....but that is better than v!!! The d turned green....just meant my stomach was empting the other way. Good luck and write back to et us know how you are!!!

    umm well the night is over thank god but know I have to go to work on 3
    hours of sleep. I just ate some toast so I think I am ok but I know it
    is going to be a long day.

    drink you some hot tea with a little honey...that will be good for your stomach. also if you like chamomile or peppermint tea...that will help with the n. Peppermints and peppermint gum would be good to settle your stomach today and eat light and non greasy. I would also stay away from dairy untill you feel better. try to go to bed early tonight. I bet you will be better tonite. Take care!!! I am glad you made it through the night. That is a big accomplishment for us Emets!

    can you take thr day off? it sounds like you had quite the night, and food poisioning is actually contagious. If it was me, I would stay home, I mean, how useful will you be on 3 hours of sleep and an upset tummy?
