So I was just doing some thinking today about my emetophobia, and I decided to give some thought on how it started.

The thing is, I was thinking, could something possibly be done with the origins of it to try and address the phobia? I've heard of that eye-movement thingy but I dunno if there could be any psychological methodology one could use to somehow try and pry out the "root" of the cause.

Also would anyone have any ideas, judging from how my emet was conceived, how I could go about tackling my emet? Any ideas for telling a therapist (when I get one) how I could use this information?Edited by: xexxhoshi
