This is the third day and I'm still worried. Why is this still happening?
I keep getting D* all the time. I am scared and I don't know what to
do. I am eating the right foods. What can I do to make it stop?

Stop Worrying?

Ok that's a flip answer I know but truth is, if you were going to throw up you would have done it by now. Definately, it's still going on because everytime it happens you panic and it carries on. You said in previous posts you've had some D* and some normal as well. No SV in the world is like that. You're fine. Just breathe, take it easy and be good to yourself.

Do you have IBS? It sounds like it could be that.

I'm sure you're okay Like hippychick said, if it was gonna happen, it would have by now.

I think it's worry. Often you seem like a very anxioius person, and that can happen when someone is very worried for a long time...things in your body get screwed up. Like veryone said, just try to calm down and i'm sure it will be fine!

Have you been taking anti-d* medications? That's what I do when my IBS acts up. They work pretty well and make the stomachache go away.

Sounds like a flare up to me. I've got ibs/crohns and I had a terrible flare up 2 weeks ago, I thought I was sick too. I thought I was going to lose my mind, but after 3 days I knew it was my ibs. I felt a little better then, but I had some n* that fraked me out. I'm glad you're better!

I get this a lot. I call it "IBS cycling". D* or soft stools for several days and then constipation. It sucks. If I keep my soluble fiber intake at a steady level, it usually isn't too bad.
