Bath and Body Works has this wonderful handcream from the Bigolow line...it is a lemon handcream and awesome!!!

Also have you ever heard of "bag balm" or "cow titti lotion"? it is a thick salve you put on your hands and it soothes them.

Any lotion with "shea butter" is very good too!!

I hope they feel better soon

I go through this every year too

I LOVE Curell Continuous Care ... it's AWESOME! My hands around the knuckles were so dry they were starting to crack and bleed a little, I've used it half a dozen times and its like they were never dry. Also maybe buying a liquid hand soap that has a moisturizer in it would help. I used to do this to my feet but you can do the same for hands and a pair of cotton gloves instead of socks: put vaseline/petroleum jelly on your hands then put on the gloves before bed and usually by the next day theres at least some difference.
