Scared yet again.. help?

Today I did really well. I ate fine, had dessert, and even came home and ate a BLT for dinner. I wasn't feeling sick at all.. Now I hurt all the way around my back and my stomach. I feel almost like I did when I got food poisoning.. just ache-y. I am getting my period this week, so I guess it could be that, but I usually don't hurt in my back. Does this sound like something's going on in my stomach? Or am I just extremely over-tired... It's only 9:20 here though. I always feel like such a baby on here but I get scared with any little pain. I am not n* at all.. but I am afraid I might be later. I always worry about the future.. that's my problem. Anyone want to talk about this with me? Thanks.

take you some ibprofen or tylenol. it will relieve your pain and make you feel better!!

could very well be your period... i never used to get back pain with my period, and then all of a sudden the last few months have been terrible on my back... i am the same way, every little pain, every little cold, im so afraid of n* or v*... and 99.99999999999% of the time, that little pain amounts to nothing more than gas (which may also cause some back pain) or hunger... try and relax!!

Thanks.. I think I am going to get to bed early. We'll see how I am when I wake up. Hopefully pain-free and well rested.
