I just had d*. It started with alot of gas but there is'nt any reason for it. I have'nt had any dairy today, my period is'nt due till next week. . With all the sv* threads about d* being the start of them, I'm so scared. My anxiety has been awful, I haven't slept more than 5 hours in 4 nights. Xanax does'nt seem to be working. I wanna just go into my room and not come out until spring. Please tell me other people get d*without reason.

I had d* afew days ago, two bouts of it. It wasn't like **TMI** pure liquid or anything, but it was still d*. There was absolutely no reasonfor having it at all, but I still did. My mom said that d* isn't necessarily associated with v* at all, your body could just be cleaining itself out.

I think that it is your increased anxiety, being nervous does funky things to your body.

    Feel better!

Hubby had terrible diarrhea this morning at 7 and is fine now. Sometimes it just happens. Try not to read too much into it.

Aww honey...I get D* ALL the time for no reason. Well, actually a lot of it was when i was on prozac...d* is one of the reactions you can have. but sometimes i'll just have d*, and i won't know why.

I can't tell you for sure that your not going to v*, but in my recent v* expereince, d* came after v*.

This was me last night. And I panicked just like you. But, I am here to say that I am fine, and nothing more came of it. It was probably just the messed up food intake that I have had lately...maybe you too. I need to remember, and you can too, that sometimes our bodies just need a good "system purge" as my hubby calls it!

No worries, ok? I did enough of that for both of us last night!!!

I found myself starting to freak out after reading these same
posts. So I took a couple of days off of visiting the board, and
my anxiety went straight down. I'm able to now read these posts
without panicking. I think it's great to have the choice to
either visit or stay away for a while, depending on how you read your
moods at the time, since everyone is affected by news stories about v*
    or d* in different ways.

Honestly you'll be fine. I'm usually relieved if I've got d* cos it means it's coming out the better end! When I drink too much alcohol I get d* instead of v* as I fight the nausea off...it happened at a friend's party over Christmas. Then again I could be sensible and not drink so much!

A lot of d* is usually minor and caused by slight irritation to the stomach and also stress can set it off, so relaxation is key. And my theory (very unscientific) is that if you've got d* you won't be sick as it would have happened by now...
