Hi.
What do you think to write here about all the chose we can do in order to prevent infections ?
Like how to clean house (which product work best), how to take care of yourself at work or in a restaurant, etc.
I think I'm not be careful and want to improve.

The best thing you can do is just wash your hands frequently. I wash my hands every time after using the restroom and before eating and I haven't gotten an sv* for 6 years (plenty of people have gone longer than that!) And bleaching countertops and bathrooms is also a good idea. Hope I could help some.

Wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitizer a lot too. I also take sanitizer with me wherever I go. I have heard that GermX is a good brand...I need to get some.

I wear gloves when my daughter is sick and I am just very careful to clean my hands while wearing the gloves before taking them off. Use bleach around the toilet and wherever necessary after each bout of v*. And, never touch your face.

All you can really do is wash your hands.

if it starts to interfere with everyday activities ( Like going out, or avioding places) then you're probably obsessing about it, and that is not a good thing.

rather than trying to aviod the SV, why don't you try to work on your anxiety and help overcome your fear?
