Deep breaths. I feel that way when I am sleep deprived. It is your bodies way if telling you to slow down.
Do something relaxing for yourself, like take a bath or a short walk and when you feel more calm, try to get some sleep. I hope you feel better soon!

i always feel like that when im tired its your bodys way of telling you to calm down and get some sleep im sure if you lay down and do something you like to take your mind of feeling that way (read a book, watch a film) just something to help you fall to sleep.

When you get a full nights sleep you will feel way better, promise xx

Take deep breaths and try to relax If you have any benedryl in the house try taking that it should settle you stomach and it will make you tried and help you sleep. It sounds to me like all you need is some rest and you will feel alot better. You might also want to try a shower for some reason that always seems to make me feel better.

    Hope you feel better.
