Hi guys, I'm new to this so Hiya all
Ive been an Emet sufferer now for almost 8 years. Thats pretty much all of my teen life, over these years ive found many everyday things that help me when I can feel myself beginning to panic. Try playing a game on your cell phone to take your mind off it, That normally helps me until i can get home. I take multi-vitamins everyday for my own personal peace of mind knowing that im helping my bodys immune system in some way.
Carrying hand sanitizer always helps, I use it before every meal, before I drive, after the toilet or even touching another persons hands.
Just wanna know do you's have any more hints and tips for your own peace of mind to help with the panicing.![]()

i was convinced it was definitely about to happen so i actually did take an anti-emetic and started sniffing peppermint oil like mad, then came downstairs and got myself on the settee and tried turning the laptop on but it must have hibernated or something so i got in a right old panic banging buttons (woke my OH up, woops) until 20 minutes later it came on..in the meantime i also got peppermint oil in my eye which stings like mad and after all that, guess what? still got a pain but don't feel sick.....distraction really is the No1 "cure" ever for panic i think!!
