Sinus Infection and Anti Biotics!!!!!! :(

I am so scared i have a Sinus Infection and have been having terrible headaches and some dizziness. But i started a Zpack last night and it made me N* eiether that or my anxiety...
I had a Panic Attack and thouht i was going to V*
I looked up the symtoms and they are D* V* AND N*
Has anyone taken a Zpack recently im mervous to take it again tonight.

I have been on some of the most powerful antibiotics in existence (Over $100/pill stuff), down to really common stuff like Amoxycillin. The only one that EVER made me n* was Metronidazole, and it didn't make me v*, just gave me a burning stomach ache (and other non n* related side effects). I love Zythromax. It's so easy to take and you take it so infrequently it's great for compliance and you feel better super fast. I never have had a problem with it.
