    Unhappy Freaked out!

So I just got over my fear of being at the doctor with my stepson for his toe and there was a boy in the room next to us doing the bad deed. So I've been sick all week from panicking over being there. Not to mention I've been panicking all week because we are going on a 3 day trip to southern California. So I've been trying to keep us all as healthy as I can while trying to keep my sanity. Well Thursday my 9 month old woke up with a stuffy nose and my 6 year old woke up with stuffy nose and sore throat. I haven't hardly been eating in fear of the sv. So I ate for the first time today around 6 and my stomach made all kinds of noises and started to hurt a little. But I know logically it's because I really haven't been eating. And neither is my 6 yr old. He passed on almost all if his pizza and then we went shopping. He came home hungry and ate a can of ravioli. He was running around the kitchen playing with his new ball and he bent down to get it and coughed. And it happened all on his arm and ball. I'm freaked he said he feels fine he just bent down and choked. But I'm still in fear and my stomach hurts so bad right now. I'm going friggin crazy!!!!

they jus have stuffy noses and colds. and you wont catch anything from his sick because he hasnt got an sv. he just got sick from jumping around and then bending over and coughing. hes fine, your fine everyones fine! you need to eat. all those noises your stomach makes are healthy, normal noises.
No passion so effectively robs the mind of all its powers of acting and reasoning as fear.

Yes, the noises in your stomach are probably your stomach being happy to finally have food in it. YOu're not gonna catch anything, but I'm sorry your kids aren't feeling well.

My kids ALWAYS throw up from coughing when they have a cold, they cough and cough and then sort of choke and are sick. Dont worry its totally normal and not the stomach virus at all. My sons off school today because hes full of a rotten cold........again!!

Doctors offices are alot cleaner than you think.. I know its alot of sick people to be at one place, but they are really good about cleaning/disinfecting, and handwashing. I just try to make sure my son washes his hands right after we leave.. Also, my son has gotten sick alot before from coughing, ESPECIALLY when he is sick.. He will get mucus and stuff that makes him gag, or just coughing so much it makes him gag.. I don't think it sounds like a SV to me..

and your stomach hurts and was making noises because you ahvn't eaten...

I know its hard, but try to focus on each day at a time. I think it helps.
