Panic Again!!!!

Cannot believe that I am again in a state of mild panic thanks to me facebook again people posting about being sick also have found that reading some peoples post on here that they are getting the SV i am again not going on facebook and I am bleaching and bleaching everything in my house. Did not go to bed till gone 1am this morning because I was so scared tummy grumbling but no feeling sick but just the anxiety set in again will this year of the sickness ever end and it seems to be getting to some people twice there are times right now when I wish i could just disappear where i cannot here or see anything about this damn bug sorry to be ranting but needed to say it out loud

I know how you feel. Every turn there seems to be someone with it. I've been in fear for over a week. Which is why I'm on here. At least you cannot get it from Facebook. Glad I haven't been on in awhile. It would just make me worse. Hope you calm down.
