Liquid coming up throat?

It only happened once - tasted a little like v*. Is this just reflux? It didn't really get into my mouth. I have trouble burping and I was drinking carbonated drinks...

Any clues? I remember this happening before but I've never understood why.

That sounds like reflux! I have it really bad, so I stay away from soda, since it gives that bubbly, burning feeling. :-/

Acid reflux. I have heartburn, but I know I'd freak if it got bad enough that liquid came into my throat. It has happened rarely, but it isn't v*ing.

I talk about this with my mom. It's usually just acid and nothing dangerous. Happens to me all the time. Never v* from it though.

Yup, reflux. I don't have it much, but I remember taking a nap this summer and waking up with a little bit of awful tasting acidy stuff in my mouth. Yuck. Yes, it tastes like v* because it's sort of the same substance, but the process is entirely different.
