    I'm sorry.
I don't really know how you feel cause i don't have kids, but i'm sure it's very hard. As i don't have kids, i don't know what to say.. I read here that some husbands take care of kids cause of emet mums.. Are you one of them?
And wash your hands properly, sanitize everything. Hope everything will be ok!

Hi Amber I'm in exactly the same position right now, my 14yr old has had an upset stomach since yesterday, I thought it was just a migraine at first, but she has developed a fever, and has d* and v* today. She has only been back in school a couple of weeks and already has a sv, apparently 'there is a lot of it going around in school' I've been through this several times previously and on one ocassion noro hit everyone else apart from me, so it is possible to escape it even when it seems impossible. The only things I have to be thankful for is that she no longer needs me to comfort her when she v* and at least I am at work all day which I guess reduces my exposure. However that was not the case when she was younger. She has had sv other times and I have not always caught it. I guess with careful attention to hygiene - which all emets practice it is possible to 'stay safe'. Just wanted to let you know that you are not alone right now, but don't know if that helps. The thing is with this phobia is I get so anxious that I am never certain if my tummy is acting up cos I am so freaked out or am actually ill. Keep strong we can get through this

Thank you. I'm thinking of you right now and the worry nd thoughts running thru our minds are pretty much the same. I do the exact same thing.
