Unhappy Panic mode: activated. :'( Suicidal thoughts.

My mom's best friend Tracy lives in our basement, and she recently picked up a horrible sv*, she v*s every 30 minutes; even if she doesn't eat anything, she'll just v* stomach acid. Anyway, she's a total germaphobe and also is aware of my phobia so my mom told me that she's been extremely cautious and has been using Lysol religously on everything she touches upstairs where I stay. She stays in the basement 98.5% of the time. She hasn't v*d or had d* in my bathroom yet, only in hers in the basement.

But, besides feeling trapped and anxious in my own home -- today at work (Taco Bell), a coworker of mine said she wasn't feeling well. She later then told me that she v*d in the bathroom at work. She was also gagging while preparing food. Little did I know, she prepared the food that I ate when I went on break.

I've been in tears all night. I'm panicking, I'm nervous, I feel trapped.
There's no where for me to go. :'(

I'm sorry you're feeling so upset and trapped. Those are two scary situations, but you can get through them! It is good that your mom's friend stays in the basement mostly and hasn't used your bathroom, you can probably prevent catching it with proper handwashing! Also don't eat any food prepared by her for a week or so. As for the girl at work, I'm sure she washed her hands after v*ing. Do you have to wear gloves while preparing the food? Just breathing on it won't transfer any virus, she'd have to (gross, I know) v* or have d*, not wash her hands, and then touch your food. It's unlikely that that happened! That said, this is exactly why I get scared of fast food...employees should not be at work while sick like that, it prevents a serious health risk!

I know it's hard to not worry, as we are just wired to freak out and obsess! But, try and keep calm and distract yourself. Wash your hands a lot especially after using the bathroom and before eating. You can do this!!
PM me for contact info such as skype, email, or facebook. Thanks!

That sucks, it sounds like a really nasty virus..! What is she even doing upstairs with that?! At least she has good intentions with lysol but it might not be enough. Try to wipe things she touched with a diluted bleach solution (careful, only hard surfaces and avoid paint cause it'll bleach it..) and leave it wet for a few minutes before wiping it with a paper towel. That'll kill everything. And wash your hands! That's the best way to beat this virus!
