Default feel awful, need some advice!

Hi everyone, sorry this is a bit long, thankyou to anyone who reads it!
Basically, I recently came off my birth control pill and my periods have been a bit all over the place. I finally got my period (which was 2 weeks late) about 4 days ago, and it has been very, very heavy. On wednesday I ended up having to go to a+e (which I hate going to because hospitals terrify me) because the bleeding was so bad. Thankfully everything came back fine, and my period has started to settle down but I have no appetite at all. I felt really n* all of yesterday and nearly v* a few times. I'm managing drinks and dry bread today and thats about it. I'm worried because I'm quite small and slim and I don't want to lose weight and become ill, but everytime I eat I just get really bad anxiety incase I v*. I don't know how to get my appetite back, I just feel sick and my mouth is all dry and I just feel really yucky! So I was just wondering if anybody could offer me some advice, anything right now would be helpful. X

My period always makes me feel nauseous. Try to eat, and think that IF you have to v*, you'll do it with or without food. If dry bread is all you can eat, eat dry bread. I love it! Then try some fruits, or a salad. An empty stomach may increase the nausea, so eat, at least a little. Sorry, that's all I can say to you.
Tick tock, time is passing and so is your life. Enjoy it while you can.

I am also on B/C due to bad periods. I found that walking helps, but short walks outside with fresh air and music. The walking helps with digestion and the music helps me relax and stop the obsessive anxiety feelings. I hope this helps. I'm so sorry to hear that you are having these problems. Have you talked to your Dr?

I have bad nausea with my periods as well. Usually i get it a couple of days before the period and its horrible the day i start. I sometimes get some relief when it finally does start. I talked to my doctor about this and he said to take motrin a couple of days before my period. Something in the motrin alleviates the nausea. But remember, you have to eat in order to take motrin cause it will mess with your stomach if you dont. GOod luck, i hope you feel better
