really panicky :/ sorry a bit tmi

So i posted a few days ago about my boss(she had norovirus and came into work)

Its been 48 hours today but i have been constipated recently and I have been 3 times in total and had stomach cramps and gas. It hasnt been d* but im scaredif i go again it will be :///

I dont feel sick but i do feel n*(thinking this could be me thinking about it too much and stressing maybe)

I thought the inc period was only 24-48 but apparently it could be as much as 72 so i am freaking.


Do you think the noro might be starting???

Doesnt sound like it..usually u start feeling bad "suddenly" and you will know when ur sick... inc period coiuld also be more than 72 hrs.. i got it after my lil bro, 4 days later =(

Update!

So I woke up today feeling a little less panicky and feeling more positive.. well I was :/

My cramps have subsided from yesterday and I haven't been to the toilet today so I am guessing I am fine. However, my boyfriend woke up with bad gas and had a little bout of d* but he said he didn't feel sick and he has eaten lunch and had dinner and hasn't had a bout since this morning, so I think it was something he ate or his tummy was acting up.

Well... I went to see my dad today as I usually do most weekends, so I turned up and found out my sister had been sick in the morning, and was still feeling poorly. I washed my hands before I ate and I tried not to touch my face but Its hard sometimes to remember to not touch my face. My dad thinks that it might of been the excitment of her birthday and having friends round and eating too much party food(she turned 12 on friday).

My boyfriends sister has had that 24 hours flu thing as well but I literally popped into see his parents for 2 mins and I didn't touch anything there.


I'm freaking out, Its 3 days now till I go see my elderly grandparents and I cant afford to get sick, Its not even the fear now, I think right now I could cope with being ill its just the fact that I cant afford to get sick

It just seems like atm everyone is getting sick around me! I hate this season for the bugs that go round!

I just need a bit of reassurance right now...

I hear you! everyone around me is getting sick too!I have 3 children and they haven't gotten the bug and I just keep waiting for it. I know its going to happen, I don't want it to. It is so hard to deal with. We can do this though. We can get through the terrible time of year.
