    Default Nausea and anxiety

I've had a very stressful week with personal problems at the homefront. So I've been exercising more but I hardly eat because of stress. Today at 2:30 I went tanning the only thing I had was 3 cups of coffee. I got home had a small piece of pizza and a protein shake. About and hour and a half later my stomach and back started to hurt. I fell asleep for a little while but still wasn't 100%. Went to the gym but as I was working out I felt more and more nauseated. I still feel real icky. Could it be from not eating much? I'm so scared this is gonna make me V. My anxiety is really kicking in.

It's ok. My stomach still feels nervous but thankfully it's the weekend. I take the weekend off from the gym. I've just been pushing myself too hard because I'm sick if how I look. And it was distracting me from my stress. I was doing about 45 min cardio and 30-45 minutes lifting weights with 20 minutes in sauna. Plus at the beginning of the week I was trying to quit smoking and I was grumpy and trying to keep to myself but my husband was taking it personally and it was making it harder on me. So needless to say I smoked just because I was so stressed out. Plus being told to move out. I have had a really really really bad week. Seems like when I'm stressed all my stress goes to my stomach.

WOW you are doing too much!

Your exercise alone would warrant the nausea! Have you been drinking enough liquids? Also do you have any anti-anxiety stuffs?

I'm not sure about the smoking but I think it'd have an effect on nausea AND anxiety

i hope you can find a way to jump this hurdle

Definitely force yourself to eat some healthy foods, drink a lot of water, and take a break from working out for a couple days. Maybe go on a walk instead. You'll definitely feel better!
