Default Having a bad panic attack

This one has me so worked up its hard for me to breathe. My stomach feels like its full of air and I feel pressure in the upper area. I don't know what's going on. I keep freaking out thinking I picked something up somewhere and I wasn't cautious of my hands. I don't know. My minds is going crazy. I feel N a little. I'm not sure what's going on. I was fine today. Except around 1 when I was cleaning and I suddenly began to sweat a little. I'm freaking out thinking I got SV and that I'm going to be sick any minute. I can't stop thinking about it. And the more I think about it the worse I feel. I been trying to keep my mind occupied with Netfix but its not helping. I'm going crazy.

I have these all the time the tummy thing you are feeling will be trapped wind because when you panic you swallow air and it causes the uncomfortable feeling. Tell the anxiety to go away tell it its not real its just a thought. Try and breathe slowly concentrating on inhaling the good air and exhaling the waste. Say it to yourself as your doing it. Also as mad as it sounds try and do something right brained like singing. You will focus on remebering the lyrics and it will pass. Once you relax and the air releases you will feel better

Thanks for the advice. I eventually fell asleep but I woke up with a lump feeling in my stomach and morning N. this happens every now and then. I hope it passes soon I HATE being N every friggin day!!! About 50% of the time I can tell when it's anxiety. The rest of the time I think it's from something else.

Night time again. I hate this. I been in bed all day with occasional nausea then I got a headache from being in bed all day. I finally just ate for the first time today and I instantly got really bloated and some odd tasting burps. So of course I start to panic. Plus I've been real weepy today and everything seems to hurt my feelings. I hate days like these.
