    Default College

So I was accepted into a college today and I'm very excited, but at the same time I'm very anxious about it! I'll be considered a transfer student so I plan on getting an apartment by myself. The college I'll be attending in roughly 1.5 hrs away from my house. Along with this awful phobia comes anxiety of course. I still live with my parents currently and when I'm having an episode of really bad anxiety I feel like I need to have someone with me to calm me down (or help me v* if need be, which I never need because it's all in my head).

Okay, I'll get to the point now. Do any of you have any advice for me for moving out on my own for the first time? How have you handled the move? How have you handled the anxiety attacks by yourself?

Distraction is key....I did not go away to college simply for the fact that I enjoy my privacy and definitely can not deal w the drunk vomiting and stuff. Great job for not letting our fear get in your way! I have to say I have no regrets though.
