    Default Alcohol.

I went out drinking last night and had A LOT. And I'm not a very frequent drinker. I've had d* a couple of times today and I have these awful continuous cramping pains in my lower stomach. Can alcohol cause either of these?

In a nutshell, yes! Especially if you were drinking stuff mixed with fruit juices. For some reason, any drink with cranberry juice gives me nasty d-it just doesn't sit right with me. Not sure if you have IBS, but if i happen to drink more than my standard 'one and done', my IBS is usually in high gear the next day. I wouldn't worry too much, just be sure to hydrate real good today since your body is depleted from the alcohol.
    Hope you feel better!

Oh yes. Alcohol can cause diarrhea. Not sure what you drank but "beer shits" are very common the day after drinking lol. If u were to vomit from drinking you would have by now

Lol, yes to what Erica said. Beer shits. My friend gets 'em when she drinks lots of beer. But I actually think she gets "the shits" whenever she drinks any kind of alcohol in excess.
So I think you're ok. Drink lots of water

ABSOLUTELY, especially if you are more prone to d* and V* *GRAPHIC* I call it the AIDS, The alcohol induced drippy s**** *END OF GRAPHIC* Everytime I drink (which I rarely drink) I get d* and continuously have a stomach ache, if you have the headache then that could also be causing the stomach pains. Drink a ton of water, try not to eat greasy food and sleep it off. If the d* gets to bad drink a shot of blackberry bourbon and it will help relieve you of the d*. Hope you feel better.

Alcohol is generally really upsetting for the stomach, it's acidic and really really irritates the whole digestive system. Do the BRAT diet the day after and don't drink/eat anything sour or anything else you know might upset your stomach and you should be fine. D* is completely normal. My friends call it "the hungover poo" ahaha! And they all get it.
